In relation to the Greenlane Contributory Mortgage Fund (Fund), Greenlane Group Pty Ltd (Greenlane) is an authorised representative of Greenlane Capital Pty Ltd, the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) number 449625.

Greenlane is 100% owner of Greenlane Capital Pty Ltd. The Fund is an umbrella, unregistered, managed investment scheme comprising individual mortgage investments, each identified in a separate sub-scheme information memorandum, specific to the mortgage investment.

Greenlane Capital Pty Ltd appoints Greenlane to manage all aspects of the mortgage investment from sourcing the funding transaction through to repayment of investors' investment in the Fund.
